Which FMS platforms does Lumio integrate with?
Lumio has direct integrations with SiteLink, storEDGE, Tenant Inc, Self Storage Manager (SSM), Quik Stor, and Storganise. Each integration reads tenant, unit, billing, gate-code, and policy data in real time so every call and website interaction uses live information.
How does Lumio's FMS integration work?
Lumio connects to your FMS through a secure API. It reads your tenant records, unit availability, balances, gate codes, and notes in real time — your FMS remains the source of truth and Lumio only writes back when explicitly authorized (for example, processing a payment or completing a rental).
Do I need to change my phone number or workflows to use Lumio?
No. Your phone number stays the same — calls route through Lumio. Your team continues to use your FMS exactly as they do today, and the Website Concierge installs with a single script tag.
Is the integration secure?
Yes. Lumio uses your FMS's secure API and read-only access by default. Sensitive actions like payments and rentals follow your FMS's authorization flows. No data is stored outside your existing systems unless explicitly required for the AI's task.
How long does it take to go live?
Most operators are live within days, not weeks. Lumio connects to your FMS, you configure what the AI handles per facility or portfolio-wide, and calls start routing through Lumio.
What if my FMS isn't listed?
We're regularly adding new platforms. Reach out and we'll talk through your stack — in many cases we can add support quickly, and the AI can also operate without a deep FMS connection if needed.
