Customers provide consent to receive SMS messages from Lumio by initiating a text message to one of our published customer support phone numbers, or by requesting assistance from our customer service team and continuing the conversation via SMS.
By sending an initial message, customers agree to receive conversational, non-marketing text messages related to their inquiry.

Customers may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, no further messages will be sent unless the customer initiates a new conversation.
