Lumio SMS Messaging Program

Lumio provides SMS messaging to customers for account-related and customer support communications related to our self-storage services.

How You Provide Consent

Customers provide consent to receive SMS messages from Lumio by initiating a text message to one of our published customer support phone numbers, or by requesting assistance from our customer service team and continuing the conversation via SMS.

By sending an initial message, customers agree to receive conversational, non-marketing text messages related to their inquiry.

Types of Messages Sent

Messages may include:

  • Appointment or move-out confirmations
  • Maintenance updates
  • Account or billing assistance
  • Support ticket updates
  • Responses to customer-initiated inquiries

Lumio does not send promotional or marketing messages under this program.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on customer interaction and support needs. Customers may receive multiple messages in response to an active request.

How to Opt Out

Customers may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, no further messages will be sent unless the customer initiates a new conversation.
